Some sad news to report about the
loss of Jan Roberts' father, William, on Tuesday
morning, December 29th.
As Jan always said, her father was 'one of a kind'.
Our deepest condolence goes out to Jan and her family.
Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Visitation Sunday (1/3/2010) from 3:00 – 8:00 PM
at Friedrichs Funeral Home (320 W. Central Road at
Northwest Hwy, Mt. Prospect)
Friedrichs Funeral Home
Lying in State Monday (1/4/2010) from 10:00 AM until
Services 11:00 AM at St. Mark Lutheran Church,
200 S. Wille St., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056
12:00 PM Lunch immediately following service in the
church basement. Interment Mt. Emblem.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mark Lutheran
Church at the above address Or Respiratory Health Assn.,
1440 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607 (www.lungchicago.org)
His obituary will run in the Friday & Sunday Chicago Tribune
and the Daily Herald.

A Serious Note To Parents & Grandparents
The ingestion of hand sanitizer by children
can result in alcohol Poisoning.
Kids, toddlers, often taste everything,
it happens. But please call the Emergency
Room of your local hospital if you learn that
a child has eaten any hand sanitizer. It's so
alcohol concentrated that it only takes a few
licks of the stuff on a childs hands to possibly
cause a serious situation.

Please be aware there is a Credit Card Scam going on!!!!!
People claim they are from Visa/MasterCard Security & Fraud Dept..
THEY NEVER ASK YOU YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!!!!
They seem to be just confirming your information.
They Are After The 3 Digit Code On The Back Of Your Card!!!!
As if it isn't upsetting enough that they already know
your name & address, and they put you at ease by
never asking you for any information, they say they
are calling to protect you from fraudulent charges they
say are on your account. But, by giving them that 3 digit
number on the back of your card....they can now use your
card to make ONLINE purchases because most online stores
require you to provide that 3 digit security code.
If you have received such a call, call your card company immediately.
It is Much more difficult to dispute charges if they have provided
your 3 digit security code!!!
